JIDO Management Committee had an away day on the 24th November 2012 at St Boniface Catholic Church, Tooting.
The day was successful and members discussed the future of JIDO.
The group particularly explored the key qualities of our Blessed Martyrs Daudi and Jildo that we can learn from, Pope Benedict’s reflection on martyrdom and Christian life in modern society and completed a group assessment of JIDO’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
At the end of the day evaluation, participants shared their views of the day and here a few of the highlights: ‘Good value’ ‘an investment of self’ ‘built bridges’ ‘ we worked together’. The photos below summarises the success of the day:
